here to go back The RingSide Glendoveer requires a guest count guarantee 72 hours prior to the event. There is a minimum charge of $800.00, plus gratuities for private dining events. If less than the guaranteed guests are served, the higher of the minimum charge or the guest count guarantee will be billed for and due. When the served guest count is higher than the guaranteed number of guests, the higher of the minimum charge or the guests served will be billed for and due. Please note that we will only be prepared to serve up to 5% more guests over the guaranteed count. Full payment is required to be made at the conclusion of the event. We accept all major credit cards. Direct billing to your business or payment using a company check must be pre-arranged and approved prior to the function. There is a 19% service charge added to the entire bill. There is a 3-hour time limit on the use of the private dining facility. The room is scheduled to be ready for guest access at the function start time and must be vacated by the end of the 3-hour limit/pre-arranged end time. Food & Beverages may not be removed from the premises. Any exception will be made at the discretion of management, in which case, the restaurant will not be responsible for and waives any liability resulting from the transport, refrigeration or preparation of the product once it leaves the premises. We do not assume any liability for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left before or after the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
